    Application of the technique for underground destoning and stowing using TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine

    • 摘要: TDS智能干选机采用X射线识别技术进行分选,具有设备体积小、系统简单、不用水和介质的特点。原煤井下开采分级后,块煤直接经TDS智能干选机进行分选,分选后的块精煤运输至地面,矸石则运回工作面,通过支护充填机直接抛入工作面的采空区内。TDS智能干选机分选技术助力井下矸石充填,既提升了出井原煤的质量,又实现了矸石不升井、以矸换煤、绿色开采的战略目标,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The TDS dry cleaning machine which works with X-ray identification separation technique is compact in size, simple in system and requires no water or medium in operation. After size classification of the run-of-mine coal underground, the coarse coal is directly fed into the TDS separator and the cleaned product is hoisted to surface. The gangue and dirt separated out return back to working face and are thrown into the worked out area by support-stowing machine. The use of the TDS separator can achieve the objective of carrying out green mining strategy and creating favorable socioeconomic benefit because the raw coal quality is improved and there is no need to bring the ganguse out of mine.
