    满来梁煤业有限公司易选不粘煤分选工艺的选择

    Selection of the easy-to-wash non-caking coal washing process for Manlailiang Coal Company

    • 摘要: 在原煤煤质分析的基础上,对重介分选工艺和干法分选工艺分选效果进行了模拟计算。模拟结果表明,干法分选工艺更适于满来梁煤业有限公司易泥化、末煤含量大的易选不粘煤的分选。工业性干法分选试验表明,干法分选不仅能显著提高该矿原煤热值,且干选产品结构合理,具有良好的可行性。经济效益测算结果显示,该矿原煤经干法分选后经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: Based on the result of raw coal property analysis, analog calculation is made of the effects that can be achieved by using respectively heavy medium separation and dry cleaning processes. Result of analysis shows that the dry cleaning method is more suitable for treating the non-caking coal—a kind of easy-to-wash coal which is liable to undergo degradation in water and contains a high proportion of small coal. Industrial test indicates that the use of the dry cleaning method can result in noticeably increased calorific value of raw coal, rationalized product structure, improved economic benefit and higher separation adaptability.
