    范各庄矿选煤厂末原煤系统分选技术的探索与实践

    Study of the small raw coal separation technology at Fangezhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高末煤系统精煤产率,增加选煤厂经济效益,范各庄矿选煤厂通过对跳汰机、三产品重介质旋流器、超级重介质旋流器三个分选设备的研究,逐步合理优化了末原煤系统分选工艺。生产实践表明:针对现在煤质情况,超级重介质旋流器分选精度高,洗选效率明显提高,中煤带煤率得到有效降低,降低到5%以下,提高了末煤系统精煤产率。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve increased yield of clean coal of small coal washing system and improved economic performance, study is made by Fangezhuang Plant on 3 kinds of washing equipment—jigging machine, 3-product heavy medium cyclone and super heavy medium cyclone, with an aim to rationally optimize and improve step by step the raw small coal washing process. Practice shows when used for treating the coal with the current properties, the super H. M. cyclone can work with a higher separation sharpness and efficiency, effectively reduced loss of clean coal in middlings and an increase of small coal washing system.
