    Optimization and application of the washing process for treating different kinds of raw coal

    • 摘要: 针对煤层合并开采问题,中心选煤厂通过实时监测煤质变化情况的方法,及时应用叠层筛等新式脱泥设备,增加二次浮选系统,增强系统适应性等方法,来完善洗选过程控制,提高精煤产率,最大限度提高创效能力。

       

      Abstract: Because of the simultaneous mining of two wings of a coal seam, a series of measures are adopted by the plant with an aim to increase yield of clean coal and maximize the economic benefit. The measures adopted include improving coal washing process control, carrying out real-time monitoring of variation of raw coal property, adding novel laminated fine dislimining screen and secondary flotation system, and enhancing adaptability of washing system.
