    磁场辅助高泥化煤泥水沉降的研究

    Study of field-assisted settling of high-sliming coal slurry water

    • 摘要: 针对煤炭洗选加工过程中高泥化煤泥水的沉降澄清问题,以上湾选煤厂高泥化煤泥水为研究对象,对其进行了自然沉降试验、单一药剂沉降试验和药剂联用沉降试验,并研究了磁化预处理对该煤泥水沉降澄清效果的影响。研究结果表明:自然沉降无法使该煤泥水得到有效沉降,沉降时间为8 h时,上清液浊度仍然较大;无论是凝聚剂还是絮凝剂,单一药剂均不能使该煤泥水达到理想的沉降效果;将凝聚剂与絮凝剂联合使用可取得较好的沉降澄清效果,但存在药剂用量大、处理成本高和环境污染问题;磁化预处理对该高泥化煤泥水的沉降澄清具有促进作用,经磁化预处理后,煤泥水上清液浊度有明显改善,且在磁场强度为0.3 T、磁化时间为5 min的条件下沉降澄清效果最佳。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem regarding the settling and clarification of the slurry water containing highly degraded coal fines generated during coal washing process, natural sedimentation test is made with such slurry water of Shangwan Coal Preparation Plant as the targeted object, using both single and combined reagents. The effect of magnetic pretreatment on sedimentation and clarification of the slurry water is also investigated. As evidenced by test result, no effective settling of slurry can be expected through natural sedimentation process as indicated by the fact that after a period of 8 hours, the supernatant still exhibits a considerably high turbidity; the use of single flocculant or coagulant is unable to obtain the desired result; the combined use of the two kinds of agents can lead to a much improved result, but also brings about other problems including high consumption of agents, high treatment costs and environment related troubles. The magnetic pretreatment method proposed can help promote the fall of solids in water along with a much reduced turbidity of supernatant; and a best result can be observed by using the field-assisted method at a magnetic field intensity of 0.3 T and a magnetization time of 5 minutes.
