    细粒级煤泥浮选数学模型研究

    Study on fine coal flotation based on mathematical model

    • 摘要: 通过实验室筛分试验、分粒级浮选速率试验与全粒级浮选速率试验,对浮选过程中精煤产率和灰分的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明:各粒级浮选速率由快到慢依次为0.250~0.125、0.500~0.250、0.125~0.075、0.075~0.045、<0.045 mm;全粒级浮选速率受各粒级浮选速率的影响,随着浮选时间的增加浮选速率降低,精煤灰分提高。利用Excel软件建立了各粒级浮选精煤产率、灰分与浮选时间的数学模型,结合粒度组成,推导出全粒级浮选数学模型,与实验室全粒级浮选速率试验结果对比表明,该模型符合全粒级浮选规律,可靠性高,可以准确预测浮选技术指标。

       

      Abstract: Laboratory-scale sieve analysis and experiments on rates of flotation of both sized and unsized coal are conducted to explore the law governing the variation of yield and ash of concentrate product in the flotation process. Test result shows that in terms of flotation rate, the highest is the 0.250~0.125 mm size, which is followed in order by the sizes of 0.500~0.250, 0.125~0.075, 0.075~0.045, and <0.045 mm. The flotation rate of the unsized coal depends on that of each size fraction, and with the increase of flotation time, its flotation rate tends to decrease along with rise of ash of concentrate. As for the concentrate yield and ash in relation to flotation time in flotation of each size fraction, a mathematical model is developed using the software Excel. And based on these models and the size analysis data, a similar mathematical model for flotation of whole size range of coal is finally derived. Comparison of the model-derived data with experimental data well demonstrates that the modeling is in good agreement with the regularity in flotation of unsized coal and high in reliability and can accurately predict the technical indices of flotation process.
