    影响煤炭挥发分测定因素的试验探究

    Experimental study on the influencing factors involved in measurement of volatile matter content of coal

    • 摘要: 针对炼焦精煤的挥发分指标的测定误差问题,通过控制变量试验方法,通过改变盛放试样坩埚的密闭性、马弗炉密封性、反应时间以及反应温度等得到不同试验数据。通过数据分析确定影响挥发分指标测定的重要因素,对煤质化验室测定煤炭挥发分具有重要参考意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to eliminate the error in measurement of volatile matter content of coal, an important indicator of cleaned coking coal product, test is made on control of such variables as tightness of crucible and muffle furnace, reaction time and temperature. Based on analysis of the data obtained through experiment, the factors affecting the accuracy of measured volatile matter content value are finally determined. The study result is of important reference value for laboratory analysis of volatile matter content of coal.
