    浅槽重介分选机流场模拟与结构优化研究

    • 摘要: 浅槽重介分选机是当下动力煤洗选的主流设备。以红柳选煤厂W26F60浅槽重介分选机为研究对象,基于实际尺寸和实测参数,运用数值模拟软件——FLUENT对其内部流场进行了仿真,对生产中常见的矸石刮板偏载问题进行了分析,并对分选机结构进行了优化。研究结果表明:当水平流和上升流的流量比在4∶1~9∶1之间时,分选槽内可形成较为理想的流场分布;导致矸石刮板偏载及矸石带煤的原因是,大块矸石在没有上升流的壁面附近被倾斜向下的“水平流”直接冲到槽底;在分选槽内部安装栅型导料板,可在不影响其内部流场分布的前提下将大块矸石引导至刮板运输机中部,确保分选机获得理想的工作效果。

       

      Abstract: Heavy medium vessel (HMV) is nowadays a primary power coal washing equipment. With the W26F60 version currently used at Hongliu Coal Preparation Plant as the object of study, the paper makes a two-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field inside the bath based on the actual bath dimensions and measured parameters by using the software FLUENT, as well as an analysis of the factors causing the occurrence of some common troubles, such as the operation of the reject scraper conveyor under unbalanced load. Study result shows that: an ideal flow field distribution in the separating bath can be expected when the total flow volume of horizontal current and that of the upward flow are controlled in a ratio ranging from 4∶1~9∶1; The unbalanced loading of the reject scraper conveyor and entrainment of coal into rejects are attributed to the fact that the large pieces of rejects are directly washed down to the bottom of the bath by the obliquely downward flow of the “horizontal current” from near the side wall where no upward flow is available; and under the precondition that no adverse effect is produced on flow field distribution, the fitting of an grid-type deflector plate in the bath can enable the large pieces of rejects to be guided to the central part of the scraper conveyor′s trough, allowing the washing equipment to operate with an ideal performance.
