    细筛缝弧形筛在彭庄选煤厂粗煤泥回收中的应用

    Application of the fine-slotted sieve bend for recovery of coarse slime in Pengzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 鉴于三产品重介质旋流器和煤泥重介质旋流器分选下限已分别达到0.25 mm和0.1 mm以下,相应地调整粗煤泥回收环节中弧形筛筛缝,可最大限度地回收粗精煤泥,控制浮选入料上限,减少浮选入料量。通过分析0.2 mm细筛缝弧形筛在彭庄选煤厂的应用,结果表明弧形筛分级粒度达到0.130 mm,筛上物产率为37.00%,筛分效率达到84.9%,粗粒产品正配效率为92.5%,细粒产品正配效率为92.4%,工艺指标良好。

       

      Abstract: The 3-product heavy medium cyclone and coal slime heavy medium cyclone are now capable of washing down to a size below 0.25 mm and 0.1 mm respectively. Through corresponding adjustment of the aperture of the sieve bend, it is possible to maximize the recovery of coarse-grained slime, control upper size limit of flotation feed and reduce the flotation feed rate. Analysis of the application of the sieve bend with an aperture size of 0.2 mm at Pengzhuang Coal Preparation Plant shows that the sieve bend can operate with a partition size of 0.130 mm, an oversize yield of 37.00%, a sizing efficiency up to 84.9%, with the percentages of correctly placed oversize and undersize materials being as high as 92.5% and 92.4%, respectively, well demonstrating its remarkable working performance.
