    Application of the double-layer flip-flop screen at Liujiakou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对刘家口选煤厂因煤泥含量高,导致的煤泥处理系统压力大、介耗和药耗居高不下、冬天火车堵斗等一系列问题,对刘家口选煤厂进行了脱粉工艺改造,通过引进双层弛张筛等设备,解决了煤泥系统压力大和火车堵斗的问题,降低了介耗和药耗,同时提高了精煤产率,为选煤厂创造了经济效益。

       

      Abstract: Because of the high proportion of fine sizes in raw coal treated by Liujiakou Coal Preparation Plant, a series of problems arises, such as high load on slime treatment system, medium consumption maintaining at a high level, and freezing up of rail car-loaded coal in winter, etc. To cope with this situation, work is made on the fines removal system of Liujiakou Coal Preparation Plant through introduction of the double-layer flip-flop screen. Application of the screen has led to easing of the load imposed on coal slime treatment system, elimination of blockage of rail cars due to freezing of coal, reduced consumption of both medium and reagents, increased yield of clean coal, and improved economic benefit.
