    Application of the packaged coal washing technologies of Guohua Technology Company at >10 MTPY-capacity ultralarge coking coal cleaning plant

    • 摘要: 为充分发挥集团大量产出优质气煤、1/3焦煤的优势, 进一步优化产业结构、拓展市场空间,经论证和调研,淮南矿业集团采用国华科技选煤工艺包设计建设了12.0 Mt/a千万吨级特大型潘集选煤厂。文章详细介绍了潘集选煤厂入选原煤的可选性特征、工艺流程、主要设备选型、分选工艺技术指标、尾煤泥水处理、智能化生产管理以及所取得的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to give full play to the advantages of Huainan Mining Group in producing high-quality gas coal and 1/3 coking coal, further optimize industrial structure and expand market space, and after scientific demonstration and a general technical survey, Huainan Mining Group undertook the design and construction of the 12 Mt/a-capacity extralarge Panji Coal Preparation Plant in collaboration with Beijing Guohua Technology (Group) Co. Ltd. by using the packaged coal washing technologies which are all the latter company′s research-derived accomplishments. The paper presents a detailed introduction to the plant′s raw coal property, cleaning process flowsheet, process equipment selected for use, technical and performance indices, and coal slurry water treatment process, as well as the intelligent management mode and the socioeconomic benefits obtained.
