Abstract: For coping with the present harsh situation faced by the coal industry, and for unleashing the full potentials of Dawan Washery, four scientific and highly effective management modes for allowing the plant′s operating safety, quality control and performance rating and assessment work to be put under management on a respectively standardized, digitalized, normalized and closed-loop basis, are worked out and practiced by the washery. Practice of the abovegoing management modes has enabled the washery to operate with a much improved performance and efficiency.
