    田庄选煤厂二次浮选工艺的设计与实践

    Design and practice of the secondary flotation process at Tianzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对原煤泥化导致浮选精煤灰分偏高的问题,田庄选煤厂开展了降低机械搅拌式浮选机后几室精矿灰分的技术研究,设计了二次浮选工艺流程。工业性试验结果表明,采用二次浮选工艺可使浮选精煤灰分从10.56%下降至10.17%,浮选精煤产率提高了1.66个百分点,且改善了浮选系统操作困难的情况。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing the plant is that the flotation concentrate is considerably high in ash due to degradation of raw coal in water. To address this issue, a technical study is made of the way to reduce the ash of the concentrate products of the rear cells of the mechanically-agitated flotation machine. Through the study, a secondary flotation process is designed. Industrial test shows that the flotation performance is greatly improved as evidenced by the drop of concentrate ash from 10.56% to 10.17% and an increase of concentrate yield by 1.66 percentage points.
