    临涣选煤厂重介质选煤灰分闭环控制技术改造

    Application of the HMS system′s clean coal ash closed-loop control technology at Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对洗选系统智能化程度不高的问题,临涣选煤厂在重介系统中采用灰分闭环控制技术,实现了高含矸多煤种入选的重介质选煤灰分精准智能化控制,实现了原重介质分选密度控制系统的智能化升级,降低了生产人员的劳动强度,改善了岗位司机的工作环境,提高了精煤产率,稳定了产品质量。

       

      Abstract: In view of the low intelligentization level of the HMS system, the closed-loop ash control technology is employed by the plant to upgrade the existing ash control system. Application of the smart control technology has made it possible to make accurate control of ash of cleaned coal product in treating raw coal with high dirt content or different kinds of raw coal, ease labor intensity, improve working environment, increase clean coal yield and maintain quality consistence of clean coal product.
