    安太堡选煤厂智能化建设实践与探索

    Exploration and practice of the construction of the intelligent Antaibao Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 智能化选煤厂建设是选煤工业响应《中国制造2025》战略规划的重要举措。文章阐述了安太堡选煤厂智能化选煤厂建设目标,介绍了该厂在重介分选过程控制、煤泥水系统自动加药、装车站防冻液自动喷洒、皮带走廊及暗道无人值守等生产环节智能化建设的探索与实践,以及信息管理层中MES信息管理系统、EAM信息管理系统的建设情况,并对下一阶段工作目标进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: Construction of intelligent coal preparation plant is an important move launched by the coal industry in response to the strategic planning of the national project Made in China 2025. In order to promote the construction of such a plant, the construction objective of ensuring operation safety and improving economic performance is defined in line with the existing condition of the plant, and a 4-level framework formed up by equipment monitoring and control level, production control level, information management level and decision-making level is established. The author introduces the current status in the construction of such aspects as heavy medium separation process control, reagent dosing for slurry water treatment, antifreezing liquid spray for coal loading station, safety control of belt conveyor corridor and covered way, as well as the information management level. Finally, the paper looks ahead to the targets for the construction of the plant in the next stage.
