    我国高频振动筛标准的研究现状及对策建议

    Current status in research of standards of high-frequency vibrating screen and proposed countermeasures

    • 摘要: 鉴于高频振动筛标准化对于细粒物料筛分行业健康发展和国家标准体系完善的重要作用,概述了我国高频振动筛技术与设备的发展现状,阐述了高频振动筛相关标准的制定情况。基于目前我国高频振动筛标准的制定现状,将我国已发布与实施的高频振动筛相关标准分为定义及术语、型号编制、设计规范、设备技术和试验方法等5类标准,并针对目前我国高频振动筛标准化在建立过程中所面临的各种问题,提出了相应的对策建议,为今后我国高频振动筛标准化体系的完善提供借鉴和参考。

       

      Abstract: Standardization of high-frequency vibrating screen plays an important role for the healthy development of fine material screening industry and perfection of national standard system. Following a brief introduction to the state-of-the-art of the development of high-frequency vibrating screening technologies and equipment in China, the paper elaborates on the present state in the formulation of the high-frequency vibrating screen-related standards. The relevant standards in this respect which either have been promulgated or are in implementation fall into five categories relating respectively to definition and terminology, model designation, design specifications, equipment technologies and testing methods. To tackle the problems currently encountered in the process of establishing the standardization system in this regard, the corresponding countermeasures are proposed, which serve as a reference for the improvement of the country's high-frequency vibrating screen standardization system in the future.
