    选煤信息标准化体系的探索与研究

    Exploration and study of the coal preparation information standardization system

    • 摘要: 为支持选煤厂信息化和智能化的稳健发展,根据选煤厂现有智能化发展的软硬件设施,提出了一套具有代表性的选煤信息标准化体系。该体系通过UML建模分类的方法,对选煤厂内分散的智能化环节按层次分类,构建了选煤标准体系层次UML图,从技术、应用和管理三个维度对选煤厂标准体系进行分析,搭建了选煤信息标准化体系框架,并对标准体系的维护和现场应用做了简要分析。

       

      Abstract: For providing a support for the steady development of informationization and intelligentization of coal preparation plant, and based on the hardware and software facilities currently available in coal preparation plants, a set of representative coal preparation related information standardization systems is proposed. A UML layered diagram of the standard system is developed by using the classification method of UML modeling and through classification according to levels of various in-plant distributed intelligentized links. The paper presents an analysis of the coal preparation plant standard system from the technological, application and managerial points of view and proposes a coal preparation-related information standardized system framework. Finally, a brief analysis is made on the maintenance and field application of the system.
