    煤泥重介质旋流器高效分选煤泥的试验研究

    Experimental study on application of heavy medium cyclone for high-efficiency separation of coal slime

    • 摘要: 为研究煤泥入料粒度下限对煤泥重介质旋流器分选效果的影响,将入选煤泥的粒度下限分别设为0、0.045、0.074 mm,利用直径为200 mm的煤泥重介质旋流器分别进行煤泥分选试验,得出对应上述粒度下限的煤泥重介质旋流器可能偏差分别为0.115、0.090和0.082 g/cm3,表明提高入选粒度下限,可能偏差变小,有利于实现煤泥的精确分选。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the effect of lower size limit of feed slime on operating performance of heavy medium cyclone, experiments are made using a φ200 mm H. M. cyclone with its feed having a varied lower size limits of 0, 0.045 and 0.074 mm. Test result indicates that in such cases the corresponding ecart probable Ep values are respectively 0.115, 0.090 and 0.082 g/cm3, and the Ep value tends to lower down with the uplift of the lower size limit of feed, which is beneficial to the accurate separation of slime.
