    双供介重介质旋流器入料口布置方式对分离性能影响的研究

    A study of arrangement mode of double medium inlets of heavy medium cyclone and its effect on cyclone′s separation performance

    • 摘要: 阐述了重介质旋流器在当前煤炭清洁利用中的重要地位,简单介绍了双供介重介质旋流器的发展和应用,着重分析了用CFD数值模拟技术对不同入料口布置方式进行研究得出的能耗、流场等结果。结果表明,双入料口呈不同角度布置时,双供介重介质旋流器能耗、分选精度、处理量等都有所不同,当双入料口呈180°对称布置时,分选效果相对最佳。研究为该技术的持续优化提供了技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: Following a brief introduction to the important role played by H. M. cyclone nowadays in clean utilization of coal, as well as the state-of-the-art and application of such cyclones, the paper goes to analyse particularly on the energy consumptions and variation of flow fields at different arrangement modes of medium suspension inlets obtained through CFD-based numerical simulation technology. Study result shows that the separation energy consumption, separating sharpness and treating capacity of the H.M.cyclone with 2 medium inlets vary with the change of arrangement angle of the inlets; and when the 2 inlets are symmetrically arranged at an angle of 180°, a relatively optimum separation result can be expected. The study result provides a technical support for further optimization of this coal separation technology.
