    煤用破碎机的选型分析

    Analysis on optimum selection of coal crusher

    • 摘要: 目前国内选煤厂采用的破碎机种类众多,主要有齿辊式破碎机、分级破碎机、反击式破碎机、颚式破碎机及锤式破碎机等。为给选煤厂设计和现场设备改造提供破碎设备的选型参考,文章通过对常用选煤用破碎机结构和工作原理进行分析,并结合物料特性、厂型规模、作业场所等因素,就如何合理、正确地选择破碎机进行了重点论述。

       

      Abstract: The coal crushers currently used in domestic coal preparation plants are many and varied in kinds, which are predominantly of the sizing crusher, impact crusher, jaw crusher and hammer crusher. Analysis is made in the paper of the structural designs and working principles of the crushers in common use in coal preparation plants, with an aim to provide a basis for making optimal selection of crushers in plant design and upgrading of field crushing equipment. Following the analysis, the author goes to elaborate mainly on the way to make rational and correct selection of crushers according to such factors as raw coal property, size of coal cleaning plant and space of workplace.
