    旋流微泡浮选柱在山脚树矿选煤厂的应用

    Application of cyclone microbubble flotation column at Shanjiaoshu Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 基于山脚树矿选煤厂浮选入料小筛分、小浮沉、实验室探索试验,发现浮选入料中含有大量的高灰细泥,浮选机难以获得满足灰分要求的精煤产品,且精煤产率偏低,而旋流微泡浮选柱可分选出灰分合格、高产率的精煤。山脚树矿选煤厂选用旋流微泡浮选柱对原浮选系统进行改造的生产实践表明:与改造前相比,精煤灰分降低了1.4个百分点,精煤产率提高了4.7个百分点,可燃体回收率提高了6.75个百分点,不仅解决了浮选选不出合格精煤、精煤产率低的技术难题,而且为选煤厂创造了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: It is found through sieve and float-and-sink analysis and laboratory experiment that the flotation feed of Shanjiaoshu Plant contains a high proportion of high-ash fine slime, making it difficult for the flotation system to produce a concentrate product with a required ash level and a high yield. Whereas, with the use of a cyclone microbubble flotation column, a high yield of concentrate product with an up-to-standard ash can be produced. As evidenced by field application of the flotation system renovated with the use of the flotation column, there have been seen a drop of concentrate ash by 1.4 percentage points, and a rise of yield of concentrate and recovery of combustible matters by respectively 4.7 and 6.75 percentage points. This not only averts the situation of producing a concentrate product with a substandard ash level and a low yield, a technical bottleneck in the case before renovation, but also creates a favorable economic benefit for the plant.
