    分级旋流器脱泥浮选工艺的可行性探讨

    • 摘要: 脱泥浮选既可降低药剂消耗,又能减轻细泥对精煤的污染程度。通过计算分析,文章探讨了分级旋流器用于脱泥浮选的技术可行性,并以一座入选能力为3.00 Mt/a的选煤厂为例,对分级旋流器脱泥浮选工艺进行了经济可行性分析。结果表明:分级旋流器完全可以用于浮选前0.074 mm的分级脱泥;分级旋流器脱泥浮选工艺不仅可改善浮选入料条件和浮选效果,且在经济上具有明显优势。

       

      Abstract: Flotation of deslimed feed can lead to reduction of not only consumption of reagent, but also contanmination of concentrate by fine slime. Based on theoretical calculation and analysis, a study is made of the technical feasibility of having flotation feed pre-deslimed with cyclone classifier, together with an economical analysis of such a process applied at a 3.00 Mt/a coal Preparation plant. Study result shows that with the use of a small-diameter cyclone classifier, the < 0.074 mm fines can be successfully removed from flotation feed, and the use of the process can create a remarkably favorable economic result due to improvement of flotation feed and flotation performance.
