    三产品TDS智能干选机在魏墙选煤厂的可行性分析

    Feasibility analysis of the 3-product intelligent TDS dry cleaning machine at Weiqiang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对选煤厂扩能改造建设场地小,重介质分选系统、煤泥水系统增容困难等问题,对魏墙选煤厂扩能改造方案进行了研究。结果表明:采用三产品TDS智能干选机,既可以解决场地不足的问题,降低浅槽重介分选机的处理量和入选原煤粒度下限,又可提高分选精度,降低生产成本,丰富产品结构,提高经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The paper analyzes the scheme for capacity expansion and technical transformation of the plant which has a limited reconstruction space and presents difficulties to undergo capacity expansion of its heavy medium and slurry water treatment systems. Analysis shows that the use of the 3-product smart TDS separator can well tackle the above-mentioned problems and enable the H. M. vessel to operate with a reduced load and wash down to a smaller size. Other attractions brought about by the renovation work include higher separating sharpness, curtail of operating cost, ability to produce diversified products and improvement of economic performance.
