    武乡荣辉选煤厂介质回收系统优化改造实践

    Renovation and optimization of the medium recovery system of Ronghui Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为降低选煤生产介耗,实现提质、降本、增效的目标,武乡荣辉选煤厂从原煤浮沉资料、配煤方式、磁铁矿粉粒度、添加介质方式、磁选机单机检查、弧形筛检查、分流系统着手,对介质回收系统进行了改造与优化,最终构建了高效的介质回收系统。生产实践表明,系统优化后选煤厂介耗显著降低,介耗由改造前的2.20 kg/t降至1.00 kg/t。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of reducing medium consumption and operating costs, improving product quality and coal washing efficiency, the plant′s medium recovery system is optimized through making reform of coal blending and medium adding modes, magnetic separator, sieve bend, flow divider, and change of size of magnetite powder. Practice shows that with the use of the highly effective medium recovery system developed, the medium consumption is dramatically reduced from 2.20 kg/t to 1.00 kg/t.
