    浅析现代化模块型选煤厂的脱介问题

    A preliminary analysis of the medium draining operations at modular coal preparation plants

    • 摘要: 现代化的模块型选煤厂几乎全部采用重介质选煤的方法,且以浅槽重介分选机选煤和重介质旋流器选煤方法占比最高。以朔南地区采用上述两种选煤方法的麻家梁选煤厂为例,重点阐述了这种选煤厂为降低介耗采取的各种针对性措施,为现代化模块型选煤厂的脱介提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Heavy medium separation method is exclusively used in almost all modular-type coal preparation plants, with the methods using H. M. vessel and cyclone taking the lion's share. By taking the plants in Shuonan area where the above-mentioned methods are both used as an example, the paper highlights the various targeted measures adopted by these plants for reduction of medium consumption, and makes a preliminary analysis of the factors influencing the medium consumption in such plants.
