    马头洗选厂轨道衡器加装牛轨的改造实践

    Renovation of the rail-weigh bridge of Matou Coal Preparation Plant through lengthening and improvement of bull track

    • 摘要: 为解决铁路装车系统在采用铁牛顶装作业过程中因铁牛轨道长度有限而导致的无法完成正常装车的问题,马头洗选厂对轨道衡器进行了升级改造,延长牛轨使其通过轨道衡器至平车器下方,使得每列火车的最后一节车皮通过铁牛顶装作业实现装车、称重和平车,从而确保了整列火车能够一次性快速装车并发车,不仅降低了铁路装车延时费,并且延长了轨道衡器的使用寿命,保证了轨道衡器的测量精度。

       

      Abstract: The special railway transport system fails to carry out normal coal outloading operation through the pushing-loading bull track because of the limited length of the latter. The rail-weighbridge of the plant is therefore upgraded by lengthening the bull track to allow the latter to lead to the point below the coal leveler after passing through the rail-weighbridge, so as to ensure the coal loading-leveling-weighing operations for all the cars of a train are completed rapidly by the bull track at one time. This can lead to not only reduction of demurrage, but also increase of service life and measuring accuracy of weighbridge.
