    Research progress of commonly-used coal slime dewatering technologies

    • 摘要: 水分是煤炭产品的重要质量指标之一,细煤泥产品脱水是选煤厂煤泥水处理中的关键问题。阐述了煤泥脱水的必要性,从浓缩设备、脱水设备、外加力场脱水、脱水药剂及工艺等方面详细总结了国内外研究进展,并对未来更环保、节能、高效的脱水设备研发及煤泥脱水工艺优化等提出了建议。

       

      Abstract: Moisture is one of the important quality indicators of coal products, and dewatering of fine slime product is of crucial importance in coal slime water treatment. Following an analysis of the necessity of slime dewatering, the paper presents a detailed summary of the progress so far made both within and abroad in the study of such aspects as thickening and dewatering equipment, moisture reduction in externally applied force field, dewatering agents and aids, and dewatering processes. It is pointed out the future research work should be directed toward the development of more environmentally-friendly, energy-saving and efficient slime dewatering process.
