    基于响应曲面法的五虎山煤泥浮选条件优化研究

    A study on optimization of the conditions for flotation of the slime of Wuhushan Coal Preparation Plant based on response surface

    • 摘要: 以五虎山选煤厂10#煤浮选入料为试验研究对象,基于响应曲面法对煤泥浮选条件进行优化。通过单因素试验,确定了入浮浓度、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量和充气量的适宜范围,分别为:80~120 g/L、800~1 200 g/t、120~200 g/t、0.15~0.35 m3/(m2·min);根据Box-Behnken设计了响应曲面法试验,研究了各因素及其交互作用对煤泥浮选的影响,建立了以精煤产率与灰分为响应值的二次多项式回归数学模型。研究结果表明:在保证浮选精煤产率的条件下,精煤灰分若要低至10%,入浮浓度应低至80 g/L,捕收剂用量为800 g/t,起泡剂用量为200 g/t,充气量为0.15 m3/(m2·min)。针对五虎山选煤厂10#煤浮选环节,若要提高浮选精煤产率,应增加起泡剂用量,降低入浮浓度、捕收剂用量与充气量。

       

      Abstract: The 10# coal for flotation at Wuhushan Coal Preparation Plant is taken as the object of study, and the process links of the flotation circuit is optimized using response surface method. First, single-factor test is made to set the pulp density, dosage of collector, dosage of frother and aeration quantity respectively in an appropriate range of 80~120 g/L, 800~1 200 g/t, 120~200 g/t and 0.15~0.35 m3/(m2·min). And then, the response surface test is designed according to Box-Behnken design principle to explore the influence on flotation effect produced by various factors and their interactions. Through the study, a quadratic polynomial regression mathematic model of concentrate yield with concentrate ash as response value is developed for making multi-parameter combinatorial optimization of the conditions in flotation of the 10# coal. As indicated by test result, under the condition of ensuring the concentrate yield, and requiring the concentrate ash to be less than 10%, the pulp density should be less than 80 g/L, and the dosages of the collector and frother and aeration quantity should preferably be set at 800 g/t, 200 g/t and 0.15 m3/(m2·min) respectively. And for increase of the concentrate yield in flotation of the 10# coal, it is required to increase the dosage of frother and reduce the feed pulp density, dosage of collector and quantity of aeration.
