    烟煤浮选降灰试验研究

    Experimental study on reduction of ash of bituminous coal using flotation process

    • 摘要: 为了降低云南富源烟煤灰分,采用浮选方法,对烟煤粒度、煤浆浓度、浮选流程、捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量以及抑制剂用量等因素进行了研究。结果表明:对于< 0.075 mm粒级占80%的烟煤,在煤浆浓度为100 g/L、捕收剂(柴油)用量为300 g/t、起泡剂(松醇油)用量为100 g/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量为2 000 g/t的条件下,采用一次粗选两次精选的浮选流程,精煤产率达42.16%,灰分可降至3.11%。

       

      Abstract: For reducing the ash of Fuyuan bituminous coal of Yunnan Province, a study is made on such factors as feed size, pulp density, flotation process flowsheet, and dosages of collector, frother and inhibitor. Study result shows that for treating a feed with the < 0.075 mm size accounting for 80% by applying the one roughing plus two cleaning processes at a feed pulp density of 100 g/L and dosages of collector (diesel oil), frother (terpineol) and inhibitor (sodium silicate) of respectively 300 g/t, 100 g/t and 2 000 g/t, a concentrate product with a yield of 42.16% and an ash as low as 3.11% can be obtained.
