    临涣选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺改造效果分析

    Analysis of the effects obtained through reform of the coarse slime separation process of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对粗煤泥在现有分选工艺中存在的重复分选的问题,临涣选煤厂从实际出发,采用“煤泥重介质旋流器+精煤泥弧形筛”工艺对粗煤泥进行回收,使煤泥有效分选下限降低至0.1 mm,避免了煤泥的重复分选,降低了浮选入料量,提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: The problem with the existing slime separation process of the plant is that the coarse slime is subjected to repeated separation. To tackle the problem, renovation of the process is made with the use of fine coal heavy medium cyclone and cleaned slime sieve bend to recover the coarse slime and lower the effective lower size limit of separation down to 0.1 mm. The reform made has led to elimination of the phenomenon of having the coarse slime repeatedly separated, reduced feed volume of flotation cell, and improved social and economic performance of the plant.
