    卧式振动离心机在线状态监控及调节系统设计

    Online monitoring of the operating state of horizontal vibrating centrifuge and design of the systems for adjustment of operating parameters

    • 摘要: 为了提高卧式振动离心机智能化水平,针对卧式振动离心机现有监控系统存在的监控手段不够完善,参数调节不方便等问题,通过运用信号采集与数据处理技术、PLC编程技术及变频调节技术,对卧式振动离心机润滑系统、振动系统及运行参数调节系统进行了相应的优化设计,以实现提前预警、提前诊断及在线参数可调节的目的。通过优化设计,不仅可提高卧式振动离心机润滑系统、振动系统的自我诊断与预警水平,同时方便调节运行参数,且可根据不同煤质情况进行参数选取,满足不同用户对设备性能的要求。

       

      Abstract: In order to enhance the intelligent level of horizontal vibrating centrifuge, and make up the deficiencies of its existing monitoring aystems, which are imperfect in monitoring means and inconvenient in adjustment of operating parameters, optimum design is accordingly made of the lubrication, vibration and parameters adjustment systems of the centrifuge by using signal acquisition, data processing, PLC programming and frequency-conversion adjustment technologies. It is intended to enable the monitoring systems to realize early warning and diagnosis and online adjustment of parameters. Through the optimum design, in addition to the improvement of the functions of lubrication and vibration systems in making self-diagnosis and early warning, the operating parameters are made easy to adjust or select according to property of coal for meeting the needs of different users.
