    Application of polyurethane TP screen deck in pre-desliming process of Shanjiaoshu Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决预先脱泥筛筛下物浓度过高、固体颗粒易于沉降而导致的输送难题,山脚树矿洗煤厂采用聚氨酯TP筛板对预先脱泥筛进行了改造。生产实践表明:聚氨酯TP筛板的应用有效解决了脱泥筛筛面跑水问题,降低了筛下物浓度,使粗颗粒透筛量减少,大大降低了管道堵塞风险,不仅保障了后续生产环节的正常运行,并且取得了明显的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing the plant is that the underflow of the pre-desliming screen is difficult to be handled because of the excessively high density of the underflow and liability of solid particles to settle down. The pre-desliming screen is therefore renovated through the use of polyurethane TP screen deck. Practice shows the use of the polyurethane TP deck can lead to effective elimination of the phenomenon of running-off of water across screen surface, reduction of density of screen underflow and volume of coarser particles passing through screen deck, and decrease of pipe plugging risks. This can not only ensure the smooth operation of subsequent processes, but also bring about a noticeably favorable economic result.
