    太西洗煤厂重介分选系统入料煤破碎粒度优化分析

    Analysis on optimum breaking size of the heavy medium separation system′s raw coal feed at Taixi Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决太西洗煤厂重介分选系统中入料煤解离效果差,无法有效回收精煤的问题,对重介分选系统的入料煤破碎粒度进行了深入研究。通过将入料煤破碎至不同的粒度后进行筛分、浮沉试验对煤质进行预测分析。分析结果表明:当入料煤破碎粒度上限为25 mm时,入料煤能得到充分解离,低密度物产率显著增加,可有效提高精煤产率。

       

      Abstract: The problem with the heavy medium separation system is that the clean coal is made unable to be recovered to the maximum extent because of the poor liberation effect of the system′s raw coal feed. To tackle this problem, an in-depth study is made of the crushing size of the feed in a way as follows: first crush the raw coal to different sizes and then carry out quality analysis of the product that can be obtained in each case based on screening and float-and-sink analysis data. Result of analysis shows that when the raw coal is crushed down to a size with an upper limit of 25 mm, the yield of low-density material is significantly increased indicating that an effective improvement of clean coal yield can be expected thanks to the thorough liberation of raw coal.
