    智能干选机在霍林河南露天煤矿的应用

    Application of the IDS intelligent dry separator at Huolinhe South Opencast Mine

    • 摘要: 针对褐煤难以水洗的难题,霍林河南露天煤矿采用IDS智能干选机对300~80 mm块煤进行了分选。生产实践表明:IDS智能干选机的排矸率为95.5%,矸中带煤率为1.72%,煤中带矸率为2.77%,有效排除了大块物料中的矸石,减少了后续破碎作业的入料量,降低了破碎成本,减轻了煤矿的环保压力,提高了企业的经济效益,实现了资源的综合利用。

       

      Abstract: As lignite is not amenable to wet cleaning, the IDS separator is used by the opencast mine to treat the 300~80 mm raw coal. Practice shows the use of the separator can lead to effective removal of gangue with a removal rate as high as 95.5%, reduction of load and operating cost of subsequent crushing process, reduction of percentage of coal misplaced in refuse to 1.72% and percentage of refuse in coal to 2.77%, effective elemination of gangue in coarse coal, lessening of environmental protection pressure, improvement of economic performance, and realization of comprehensive utilization of coal resources.
