    邢台矿区细粒煤高效分级的实践

    Practice of high-efficiency classification of fine coal of Xingtai Mining area

    • 摘要: 阐述了选煤厂在细粒煤分级环节存在的问题,通过对邢台矿区三个矿井型选煤厂使用的传统分级设备、叠层高频振动细筛和EPS高效细粒分级筛在粗煤泥分选机溢流脱泥过程中的分级效果进行了分析。分析结果表明:叠层高频振动细筛和EPS高效细粒分级筛优化了浮选入料粒度,减轻了浮选系统的负荷,降低了粗煤泥精煤的灰分,有效避免了重介系统的“背灰”,提高了选煤厂的分选效率。

       

      Abstract: The paper starts with an elaboration on the difficulties faced by Xingtai Energy Company′s coal preparation plants in the operation of the fine coal sizing process. Then an analysis is made of the effects obtained in the process of removal of fines from the overflow of coarse coal slime separators with the use of the traditional sizing equipment commonly applied in 3 coal preparation plants in Xingtai Mining Area, as well as the novel laminated high-frequency vibrating screen and the EPS high-efficiency fine screen. Result of analysis shows that the use of the latter two screens can lead to optimization of flotation feed, lessening of workload of flotation system, drop of ash of cleaned coarse slime, effective elimination of unnecessary increase of ash of clean coal product of heavy medium separation system, and improvement of the system′s separation efficiency.
