    京泰能源选煤厂分选工艺流程探讨

    A study of the process flowsheet of Jingtai Energy Group′s Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了使公司煤炭产品满足上下游一体化需求,基于原煤煤质特征,对选煤方法进行了探讨。分析表明:对于京泰能源选煤厂原煤,采用预先分级脱泥,> 13 mm粒级浅槽重介分选机分选+< 13 mm粒级有压两段两产品重介质旋流器主、再选+粗煤泥螺旋分选机分选+细煤泥快开压滤机回收的联合工艺时,产品能满足企业的需求。

       

      Abstract: In order to be able to produce the coal products that can meet the integrated requirements of both upstream and downstream industrial sectors, a study is made of the plant′s coal cleaning methods based on analysis of the property of the raw coal treated. Result of study shows that the coal products can meet the demand if the raw coal is treated using a combined process: predesliming of raw coal + washing of > 13 mm size with H.M. vessel+primary and secondary washing of < 13 mm size using pressure-fed 2-product H. M. cyclone + separation of coarse slime with spiral separator + recovery of fine slime with quick-open membrane filter press.
