    S-3GHMC550/440/320型超级旋流器在龙泉选煤厂的应用

    Application of the S-3GHMC550/440/320 series super heavy medium cyclones at Longquan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对龙泉选煤厂入选原煤煤质变差、矸石带煤高、分选精度差、精煤产率低等问题,采用S-3GHMC550/440/320型超级旋流器,对该厂进行技术改造。生产实践表明:S-3GHMC550/440/320型超级旋流器具有处理能力大、分选精度高、适应性强等特点,可有效分选龙泉矿原煤,使精煤灰分提高,平均中损、中煤发热量和平均矸损均得以降低,并且实现了节能降耗的目的,提高了企业经济效益,也为其他选煤厂的升级改造提供了借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The difficulties confronting Longquan Plant are high loss of coal in refuse and increasing drop of yield of clean coal due to deterioration of raw coal property and low separation sharpness. To tackle the problems, work is made on technical reform of the existing coal washing process with the use of S-3GHMC550/440/320 super H. M. cyclones. Practice shows the use of these cyclones can effectively separate the raw coal of Longquan Mine thanks to their high capacity, separating precision and adaptability, and lead to proper increase of ash of clean coal, reduction of losses of middlings, increase of calorific value of middlings, reduction of energy consumption and improvement of economic performance of the plant. The renovation work made may serve as a reference for the reform and upgrading of other coal preparation plants.
