    Application of the automatic fine coal flotation control system at Xinzhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了精准控制浮选系统自动加药,获得最佳的分选指标,新庄选煤厂根据原煤煤质情况,以原煤中的矸石含量为干扰变量,建立了浮选加药变量模型,并介绍了基于该模型的浮选自动控制系统的原理、结构、功能等。生产实践表明,该浮选自动控制系统的投用,稳定了精煤质量,提高了浮选精煤产率,降低了职工劳动强度。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize precise control of automatic flotation reagent addition and obtain optimum separation indices, modeling is made of the reagent dosing variables with the proportion of dirt in raw coal as a disturbance variable, in line with the unique property of the raw coal treated by Xinzhuang Coal Preparation Plant. An introduction is made to the working principle, structure and functions of the automatic reagent dosing control system. Practice shows the use of the system has led to consistency of concentrate quality, increase of yield of flotation concentrate and reduction of labor intensity.
