    基于大数据分析的设备健康管理及应用

    Application of big data-based equipment health management mode

    • 摘要: 为了推动智能制造的战略实施,实现“事件/事故驱动型”的设备被动管理方式向“数据驱动型”的设备主动管理方式转变,采用了基于大数据的设备健康管理及应用技术,对设备诊断过程的大数据应用进行了研究。结果表明,基于大数据的设备健康管理系统能够发现设备早期故障,避免非计划停机现象,实现对设备的主动式管理。

       

      Abstract: In order to promote the implementation of intelligent manufacturing strategy and realize the shifting from event/accident-driven passive equipment health management mode to data-driven active management mode, the technology for application of the big data-based management mode is proposed, and the application of big data in equipment diagnosis process is studied. Study result shows that through application of the big data-based management mode, it is possible to detect early equipment failure, eliminate unplanned downtime and realize active management of equipment.
