    煤矿智能汽车定量装车系统设计探讨

    Design of coalmine intelligent constant- tonnage truck-loading system

    • 摘要: 针对王家岭煤矿产品煤汽车地销系统存在的人员劳动强度大、装车准确率低、车辆补装/卸载造成的场地大量露天堆煤等问题,提出采用自动恒速牵车定量装车站与汽车智能装车系统相结合的技术方案,并对其装车通道配置以及不同维度的站场能力和汽车智能装车系统进行了研究与规划设计。结果表明:采用单通道自动恒速牵车智能汽车定量装车站不仅可满足300万t/a的煤炭发运量,提高装车精度,杜绝车辆的补装/卸载,而且可实现装车过程的无人化操作,提升汽车地销系统发运效率。

       

      Abstract: The problems with Wangjialing Mine′s entrucking system for outloading of its saleable coal are high labor intensity, and a large amount of coal stockpiled in open air caused by truck reloading/unloading operations. To tackle these problems, the combined technical scheme of developing the constant-tonnage loading station equipped with automatic constant-speed towing device and intelligent truck loading system is proposed, together with the planning and design of the truck passageways, capacities of station yards with different dimensions, and the intelligent truck loading station. Practice shows the use of the single-way intelligent loading station equipped with the automatic constant-speed towing device can not only meet the requirement for shipping 3 million tons of coal a year, but also lead to improvement of loading accuracy and elimination of truck reloading/unloading operations, making it possible to realize unmanned loading operation and improvement of efficiency of truck loading system.
