    湿黏原煤分级筛筛面的优化研究

    Study on optimization of wet sticky raw coal sizing screen deck

    • 摘要: 针对原煤分级筛筛面糊堵严重、筛分效率低下的问题,青龙寺煤矿选煤厂通过考察和调研,借鉴香蕉筛多段多倾角的结构特点,在比选和试用不锈钢滚轴筛板、MDA防堵筛板、波纹自清洁筛板等5种筛板的基础上,结合青龙寺原煤特性,拟定了适合青龙寺煤矿13 mm湿黏原煤分级的优化组合筛面,有效解决了筛面糊堵问题,可使筛分效率提高10~15个百分点。

       

      Abstract: The raw coal sizing screen is low in efficiency due to severe plugging of screen deck. To tackle this problem, the mine′s coal preparation plant conducted a technical survey of the sizing screens in common use. By incorporating the structural features of the multi—section multi-angle banana screen and based on result of comparison and trial use of 5 different screen decks-stainless roll screen deck, MDA ant-plugging deck, rippled self-cleaning deck, etc., an optimum screen deck of composite structure is specifically developed by the plant for sizing the 13 mm wet and sticky raw coal, according to the property of the raw coal treated. The use of the screen deck has led to effective elimination of plugging of deck and increase of sizing efficiency by 10~15 percentage points.
