    常村矿选煤厂煤泥水综合检测分析

    Comprehensive testing and analysis of the coal slime water at Changcun Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对常村矿选煤厂煤泥水浓缩机底流浓度持续偏高和浓缩机耙阻过高的问题,对该厂煤泥水浓度和煤泥水中颗粒的粒度、密度、矿物组成进行了分析,并通过煤泥水自然沉降试验研究了该厂煤泥水的自然沉降特性。结果表明,浓缩机底流中磁性物含量偏高是导致该厂煤泥水沉降效果不佳的主要影响因素,同时给出了避免浓缩机压耙事故的措施和建议。

       

      Abstract: The plant′s thickener underflow is considerably high in density caused by the excessively high working resistance of thickener′s rake. To tackle this problem, following an analysis of the slime water density as well as the size, density and mineral composition of solid particles in the water, test is made of the natural sedimentation characteristics of the slime water. Test result shows that the considerably high content of magnetics of thickener underflow is the main factor leading to the difficulty of the settlement. Finally, the measures and suggestions for avoiding the jamming up of the thickener rake are proposed.
