    浅槽重介分选机在精煤除杂系统中的应用研究

    Study on application of the system for removing foreign matters from clean coal using H.M. vessel

    • 摘要: 为更好地利用煤炭资源,提高精煤产品质量,针对精煤中含轻质杂物较多的问题,通过改进浅槽重介分选机,并以水作为分选介质,将精煤中轻质杂物剔除。研究表明,浅槽重介分选机可有效地排除精煤中存在的杂质,且强制排料设计对精煤除杂至关重要,刮板形式和链条选型对设备处理能力及设备寿命均有较大影响。

       

      Abstract: In view of the fact that nowadays the clean coal products contain a large amount of foreign matters. To tackle this problem, and for making better use of coal resources and upgrading of clean coal products, a study is made on extraction of light foreign matters from clean coal using an improved heavy medium vessel which works with water as separation medium. Study result shows that the foreign matters can be effectively removed with the use of heavy medium vessel; the design of the forced discharge mechanism plays a vital role in the process; and the form of flight and selection of flight chain all exert a great influence on the vessel's treating capacity and service life.
