    三产品重介质旋流器连接管堵塞报警控制系统的研究

    Study of the alarm and control system for guarding against plugging of 3-product H. M. cyclone′s connection pipe

    • 摘要: 为了及时预警三产品重介质旋流器连接管堵塞避免引起大的生产事故,分析了在旋流器连接管堵塞情况下旋流器入口压力的变化情况,研发了一套堵塞报警控制系统。该系统可对三产品重介质旋流器入口压力进行实时监测,通过在上位机界面进行极限压力设置,在达到极限压力情况下会锁停对旋流器的入料,同时在上位机界面和语音系统进行相应提醒,将事故控制在最小范围内,减少事故处理时间。

       

      Abstract: In order to be able to timely issue an early warning of plugging of the pipe connecting the first and second stages of the cyclone to guard against occurrence of severe accidents, a study is made of the change of the feed inlet pressure of the cyclone when its connection pipe is blocked up. Based on the result of study, a plugging alarm and control system is developed. The system can perform real-time monitoring of the feed inlet pressure and its limiting pressure value can be set through the interface of central processor. At the moment when the pressure reaches its upper limits the system can latch up the feed inlet and at the same time, the interface of the central processor and the phonetic system will give prompting information, so as to control the occurrence of accident within a minimum extent and reduce the trouble-shooting time.
