    新型高效无压给料三产品重介质旋流器在新星选煤厂的应用

    Application of the novel high-efficiency gravity-fed 3-product heavy medium cyclone at Xinxing Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 阐述了新型高效无压给料三产品重介质旋流器的结构、工作原理和技术特点。新星选煤厂的生产实践表明:以该旋流器为核心设备的重介系统生产能力可达330 t/h,一段可能偏差为0.023 g/cm3,二段可能偏差为0.031 g/cm3,吨煤电耗为0.785 kW·h,在高煤泥含量条件下,不脱泥分选工艺的吨煤介耗低于0.6 kg,经济效益良好。

       

      Abstract: An introduction is made to the structure, working principle and technical features of the novel 3-product H. M. cyclone. Application of the cyclone at Xinxing Coal Preparation Plant shows that the heavy medium separation system with the novel cyclone as the core equipment can reach an hourly capacity of 330 t with the Epm values of the first and second stages being 0.023 g/cm3 and 0.031 g/cm3 respectively; the power consumption is reduced to 0.785 kW·h per ton of coal treated; and when used for treating unslimed raw coal which contains a high proportion of fine coal, the medium consumption is less than 0.6 kg/t, creating a remarkably favorable economic result.
