    斜沟煤矿选煤厂压滤煤泥浮选提质的可行性研究

    Study on feasibility of upgrading cake product of filter press through flotation process at Xiegou Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决压滤煤泥水分高、难于掺入洗混煤以及落地外排造成环保压力等问题,斜沟煤矿选煤厂通过小筛分试验、小浮沉试验、分步释放浮选试验和单元浮选试验,研究了压滤煤泥浮选的可行性。试验结果表明:煤泥中< 0.045 mm粒级产率高达67.81%, 大量高灰细泥恶化了浮选过程;煤泥经一次浮选后无法得到灰分< 11.0%的精煤,不能直接掺入末精煤产品;可通过增加浮选药剂用量, 使尾煤灰分> 60%后直接排弃,浮精掺入洗混煤,从而取消煤泥落地系统。据测算,增设煤泥浮选可使精煤产率提高3.5个百分点,与现有系统相比吨原煤销售收入可增加7.06元。

       

      Abstract: The trouble confronting the plant is that the cake product of filter press can hardly be used as a blend of washed coal due to its high moisture, and its stockpiling or dumping outside the plant adds pressure to environmental protection. To tackle this problem, a study is made on the feasibility of upgrading the cake product through flotation process, based on result of sieve analysis, float-and-sink analysis, timed-release analysis and batch-flotation test. Study result indicates that: the flotation process is deteriorated due to the presence of the < 0.045 mm high-ash fine slime whose yield is as high as 67.81%; it is impossible to produce a concentrate product with an ash of less than 11.0% through just a single flotation process, and the concentrate thus obtained cannot be directly mixed with clean small coal product; and through increase of dosage of flotation reagent, a tailing product with an ash of over 60% can be produced, which can be directly discarded, and the concentrate can be all mixed with clean coal, making it possible to dispense with the slime handling system. Calculation shows that adding the flotation system is theoretically feasible as evidenced by the rise of yield of clean coal by 3.5 percentage points. Compared with the existing washing system with no use of flotation circuit, the revenue obtained through selling each ton of raw coal can be increased by 7.06 yuan.
