    贺西煤矿选煤厂降低无压给料三产品重介质旋流器精煤产品带矸的研究与实践

    Study and practice of the measures for reducing percentage of refuse contained in clean coal product of gravity-fed 3-product H.M. cyclone at Hexi Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决无压给料三产品重介质旋流器在分选过程中出现精煤产品带矸的问题,贺西煤矿选煤厂采取了改善原煤润湿效果、保证入料压力、降低悬浮液黏度以及控制原煤中杂物等措施。生产实践表明,上述措施可使精煤产品带矸率降低到0.3%以下,杜绝了可见矸,满足了生产需要。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem concerning the misplacement of refuse in clean coal product of gravity-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone, a series of measures including sufficient wetting of raw coal, ensuring feed inlet pressure, reduction of viscosity of medium suspension and preventing foreign matters from entering raw coal feed are adopted. Practice shows that the adoption of the measures can meet the production requirement as the percentage of refuse in clean coal product is reduced to less than 0.3% with no presence of any visible refuse pieces.
