    泉店选煤厂中煤破碎再选的探讨

    Exploration of rewashing of crushed middlings at Quandian Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对泉店选煤厂中煤灰分偏低的问题,开展了中煤破碎再选的研究:先将重介中煤解离至6、3、0.5 mm以下三个粒级,对其解离特性进行了分析,确定了中煤解离粒度;再通过浮沉试验及小浮选试验,对中煤破碎解离后的分选效果进行了预测;最终提出了中煤破碎再选工艺。

       

      Abstract: As the plant′s middling product is rather low in ash, a study is made on the technical process for rewashing of the middling product of the heavy medum separation system after being crushed. For attaining an optimum liberation effect, test is made on crushing of the product into 3 different sizes for analysis of its liberation characteristics and determining the appropriate crushing size. The effect of the separation of the crushed middlings is predicted based on float-and-sink analysis data and result of batch flotation test. Finally, an optimal middlings rewashing process is proposed.
