    基于图像处理的煤炭量AI识别系统的设计

    Design of the IP-based AI identification system for determination of the load of coal in conveyance on belt conveyor

    • 摘要: 为了降低带式输送机传统恒定功率工作模式下的功耗,采用图像处理的方法对带式输送机实时煤炭量检测技术进行了研究,并设计了基于图像处理的煤炭量AI识别系统。研究表明:该系统可以实现常规煤量检测的需求,并能够配合输送带进行功率调节,同时具有体积小、成本低、准确度高、安装便捷的优点,为当前的煤量检测提供了新的自动化解决方案。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the power consumption of the belt conveyor which works traditionally with constant power, a study is made on the technique for real-time detection of the load of coal currently conveyed on belt using image processing method, and based on result of study, an AI identification system is developed. Application of the system proves to be capable of meeting the requirement for detection of the load of coal normally conveyed on belt. Moreover, the system enjoys the merits of being compact in size, low in cost, high in detection accuracy and easy to mount on site. Its use offers a new solution to realization of automatic operation for this purpose.
