    Study of the technology for making real-time prediction and intelligent control of parameters involved in dense medium separation process

    • 摘要: 针对传统重介分选工艺调节效果差、分选效果不理想的问题,提出了重介分选过程中原煤资料的整理及在线预测资料处理方式,并根据获得的原煤资料对精煤产率和分选密度进行实时预测。研究表明,基于生产指标在线预测的重介分选过程控制策略实现了前馈和反馈相结合的控制机制。临焕选煤厂的工业应用表明,重介分选智能控制系统极大地提高了重介分选过程的智能化水平。

       

      Abstract: The performance of the heavy medium separation system used in traditional coal preparation plant is not so ideal as expected owing to the fact that the related operating parameters of the system cannot get appropriately adjusted. To address the issue, the methods for processing raw coal data and online prediction data are proposed, so as to make it possible to make real-time prediction of clean coal yield and separation density based on raw coal data, and to control heavy medium separation process based on online prediction of production indicators. A feedforward and feedback combined control mechanism is thus realized. Application of the heavy medium separation process intelligent control strategy at Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant has led to great enhancement of intelligence level of the separation process.
